I have a long history of working in the field of public service.  After graduating Fleming College with a Social Service Worker Diploma, I began working for the PVNNCS School Board as an Educational Assistant in Special Education.  This was a wonderful job that  l loved very much but after we began a family, I followed my heart and became a stay-at-home parent, raising four beautiful children while running a daycare from my home.

After several  years, as my children grew, I felt a strong desire to return to school — I have always been keenly interested in education and health care, so I enrolled part-time in the Esthetics program at Fleming and became a Certified Esthetician in 2008.  I then began working on a mobile basis, visiting clients in their homes.

I met many wonderful people and over the years I have seen a lot of feet!  Often I would see and feel things in  clients’ feet and wonder what it meant to their health and how I could help.  This is what led me to become a Certified Foot Reflexologist through the Ontario College of Reflexology in 2013.  With Reflexology, I can help people with stress reduction and a variety of other issues and I love it!

Over the years, working on a strictly mobile basis, I began to realize that I needed a space of my own, allowing me to see more clients in a day and saving some wear and tear on my body.  In June of 2013 I was thrilled to find that space at Weiss Massage Therapy in Bridgenorth, Ontario!  This is an ideal location for me as it provides the health care atmosphere that I longed for and allows my colleagues and I to collaborate to provide a variety of services to assist clients in obtaining their wellness goals.  I provide Reflexology, Esthetic & Reiki services, while my colleagues provide Massage Therapy, Bowen Therapy and Accupuncture.

My main goal is to help clients feel well and live well.  That is what I love to do and what I look forward to doing for many years to come!
